The difference between these two is that an introvert feels happy to stand alone and actually prefers that way. However, a modest man, wants to communicate with others, but can not because of the lack of personal confidence and appropriate social skills. As well, at work many people are shy because they are afraid of something that they are not able to perform, as well of the relationships with the boss.
